  1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by following these steps:

  • Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping information, choose a payment method, and complete the payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You can return your products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free, if the product is broken or malfunctioning and we’ll provide a return label, which you can take to your local post office. 

  1. How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order status through the carrier's website (e.g.,Bpost PostNL, DHL, etc.).

  1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

  1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Within Belgium: 2-5 business days
  • To the Netherlands: 2-5 business days
  • To other European countries: 2-5 business days
  • International shipments may take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
  1. Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process. This is useful if you want to send a gift or have it shipped to your work address.

  1. Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  1. What should I do if I received a defective product?

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible via info@allyoucanbuy.be. We will assist you with a return and ensure you receive a replacement product or a refund.

  1. Do you have physical stores?

At the moment, we only sell online through our website. We are working on opening physical stores in the future, but for now, you can easily make all your purchases online.
